Hace dos días, cuando comencé a escuchar música, en la segunda canción no cargaba y tardaba mucho tiempo en reproducirla, entonces a través de la interfaz web desde la aplicación de roon ios de mi iPad le di a reiniciar, para que fuera mejor y más. rápido. Desde entonces el nucleus plus está desconectado del router y no se conecta. No puedo acceder de nuevo a la interfaz web porque no se encuentra el núcleo más al no estar conectado a internet a través del router. He leído la base de conocimientos de roon, el manual de configuración del router, tutoriales sobre conexiones y configuración de redes. He apagado y reiniciado el núcleo más incontables veces, lo mismo he hecho con el router y con el modem, he cambiado los cables ethernet de puertos, he probado cambiando el cable ethernet por otro, y todo esto sin éxito. ¡Disculpas por el retraso en mi respuesta! Siguiendo con tu problema, ¿has intentado conectar Nucleus a un monitor a través de HDMI? Esto puede ayudar a determinar la causa del problema.

Si no aparece nada en el monitor, es probable que esté experimentando algún tipo de problema de hardware. Deberá comunicarse con el distribuidor al que compró originalmente el Nucleus o necesitaremos iniciar un RMA en su nombre para enviar la unidad a reparar.

Apologies for the delay in my reply! Following up on your issue, have you tried connecting the Nucleus to a monitor via HDMI? This may help determine the cause of issue.

If nothing shows up on the monitor, you are likely experiencing a hardware issue of some sort. You’ll either need to contact your dealer with whom you’ve originally purchased the Nucleus from, or we’ll need to get an RMA started on you behalf to send in the unit for repair.
