Pour l’étape suivante, pourriez-vous connecter un moniteur à votre Nucleus via HDMI, tout en le gardant sous tension et directement connecté à votre routeur principal ?
Si vous ne voyez rien sur l’écran du moniteur, vous devrez contacter directement notre équipe RMA, vous pouvez le faire en suivant les instructions ci-dessous :
Ouvrez le lien Typeform ci-dessous et sélectionnez « Autre » suivi de « Ce problème est lié à un composant physique ».

As a next step, could you please hook up a monitor to your Nucleus via HDMI, while keeping it powered on and directly connected to your primary router?
If you don’t see anything on the monitor screen, you’ll need to get in touch with our RMA team directly, you can do so by following the below instructions:
