Description of Issue

Nucleus Plus working fine in current configuration for just over 3 years since bought new. Today Roon software on Mac mini states unable to find Roon Core on network. Did the usual recycle/power on-off the modem/switch/router. Changed ethernet cords. Powered on-off the Nucleus Plus. Tried direct ethernet connection to router and then to modem - still Nucleus Plus not found on network. Plugged monitor into HDMI: no output on monitor screen. Ethernet plug switch lights green and yellow do light. Power button does light up. Tried to access through IP address on Mac (last known 192.168.7.79) not found. In past, able to find through smb://nucleusplus/data/storage/internal storage but cannot connect to that server. My iPhone and iPad with Roon software unable to find the Roon Core (Nucleus Plus). After all recent updates on Mac and Roon, it was all working fine and normal till now.

Not sure where to go from here.
Will welcome any ideas on what next to try . . .

Can you attach a monitor or TV to the HDMI port on the Nucleus and tell us (or post a photo of) the messages on the screen?

thanks for the reply; not sure what happened but left it plugged in and connected. came online and recognized 3 hours after initial not being found on network. when not on network, I did plug HDMI monitor to the Nucleus Plus - nothing on screen of monitor - no signal detected.

wondering if this is intermittent failure of the Nucleus Plus or a temp glitch in my network (the rest of my network acting normal during the time the Nuc Plus was not found on network so figure it shouldn’t be the network).

now sort of waiting for it to happen again unfortunately. . . but working now
