Hi @Jhon_Who,
Your last post was in February 2021.
To equip the Roon Technical Support team to assist you directly, please follow this link to provide the details of your case to Technical Support: Technical Support Request
Respond to the prompts there to ensure that you’ve performed basic troubleshooting and to ensure Technical Support has the full details necessary to expedite Technical Support’s investigation into the case. Your responses will auto-generate a Community thread in the appropriate section.
Already did that but my local dealer is like 300km from home.
Please complete the support request as directed using the link I posted. Roon staff will then assist you.
Please note that I am a community moderator, and not a Roon employee.
Your OP indicates you might require assistance from Roon technical support, which is why I directed you to the support request form.
If you are certain it’s a hardware problem, then you should contact your Roon dealer or distributor as indicated to arrange a repair. However, if Roon is running, albeit briefly, the support team may be able to pinpoint the issue remotely, which may aid repair or a warranty claim.

Hello @Jhon_Who ,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Nucleus device. Based on the symptoms you’ve described, it is likely that the issue may be related to a motherboard failure on the Nucleus.
Given the age of your device, we want to let you know that we may no longer have replacement parts readily available for this particular model. For the best performance and long-term reliability, we recommend considering an upgrade to a newer Nucleus model.
That said, if you’d prefer to explore repair options for your current device, we can check with our RMA team to see if parts are still available. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
