· Seems like the nucleus that I have will not power up. I have checked everything by unplugging and re-plugging into different outlets and the only thing that lights up on the rear of my nucleus is The indicator light where the RJ-45 connects to my external memory. Power light will not go on.

· Windows 10 with all updates. This unit has been used for years now with minimal issues. All of a sudden Roon can’t locate my DAC/Streamer. I did all the troubleshooting I could, and I realize now that there’s something internal to the nucleus because if that small indicator light goes on, but not the power light It shouldn’t be the external power supply.

· The power light will not go on when I press it and cannot get Roon to sign in From my iPad or any other way. It seems that the power supply plugged in shows the small green light on my RJ 45 Connector that goes to my Rooter. I have switched cables that doesn't do a damn thing and the little LED Is blinking green is not blinking at all. I would like to send this back for repair. I need an RMA number And directions as to what to do

· It's a white Comcast router. And nothing else matters. The unit has been playing perfectly for years now. It needs to be looked at by your company and I just ordered the new lowest cost nucleus as a backup so I'm asking for your help to see what it will cost for you to repair this so I have it as a backup once I get my new nucleus

Ethernet port indicator lights are powered by electricity transmitted through the Ethernet cable, and not the Nucleus PSU.
