Thank you for your post and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues. We’ve merged two threads that appear to address the same issue so we can keep the conversation in the same place.
We’ll need just a little more information in order to take action here.
We’re assuming that your post refers to the Nucleus associated with your account in diagnostics? This unit is currently online and responding to diagnostic requests from our servers.
However, logs show that the machine can’t reliably reach the internet, encountering generic network exceptions after starting up without problems.
Is this Nucleus connected directly to the router?
Are you able to access the Nucleus webUI from a browser? Please share a screenshot, if accessible. We’ll proceed from there. Thank you!
Thanks for the reply! Are you able to attempt accessing the Nucleus WebUI, that @connor has linked above:
You can access the WebUI of your Nucleus by inputting the IP address of the Nucleus into a web browser URL. There is additional information in the link shared above.
Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to try opening the Nucleus WebUI in a browser by entering the Nucleus IP address, and if so, could you share a screenshot of what you see? If the page is accessible, the RoonOS WebUI guide can help with the next steps, and we can take it from there. Please reply with any update or questions.
Please note, if we don’t hear back from you this thread may close automatically soon. If the thread auto-closes and you need further assistance, please submit a reopen support request via the technical support help form below and specify that the issue should be reopened. Thank you.
