Nucleus - Qobuz Music Coming Up "Unavailable" .

I just changed my core from my desktop to a new Nucleus server.

Many of my Qobuz tracks are now showing up in Roon as “Unavailable” and they were previously available on my desktop. When I go directly to Qobuz and click on one of these “unavailable” songs, the song plays fine while I’m in Qobuz. When I try to transfer it over or reinstall the song to Roon directly from Qobuz it doesn’t work.

Thank you for getting in touch with your question. I’m sorry to hear that you’re some issues with your Qobuz music. We’d be happy to help with this.

This sounds a bit like you could have restored a backup after migrating your Core to Nucleus but may not have reconnected your Qobuz account in Roon. This would result in what you’re seeing.

Please go to Settings>Services>Qobuz>and check to see if you’re logged in.
