Hi @David_Wickland,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this. Our servers are unable to see your Nucleus. Unfortunately this likely is a hardware issue with your Nucleus. To test this out please connect your Nucleus to a monitor with an HDMI cord. If text shows up on the screen take a picture of it and share it with us. If nothing shows up let us know that too.

Another thing you can check is if you can access the web UI of your Nucleus. This article will show you how to do that. https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/nucleus-web-administration-interface

Were you able to access the Web UI of the Nucleus?

Yes, it opened with the attached page

However…foolishly, I decided to reinstall the Operating System from this page in an effort to ‘start from scratch’. Now when I try to go to the Web UI from my MacBook Pro, it says that Safari ‘cannot connect to the server’

Hello @David_Wickland ,

Are you by any chance making use of a duel IPv4 and IPv6 network setup? Are you able to try to temporarily turn off IPv6 to see if it helps restore connectivity with your remotes?

After some fiddling, I seem to be up and running…although, I can’t say exactly what it was that remedied the issue in the end.

Thanks for your help trouble shooting.

D.
