Description of Issue

My Nucleus Plus stopped working overnight. It’s been working for almost 4 years without a glitch, and it’s behind a powerplant so not subject to any power issue. I can’t see it on my network anymore, and my router indicates that it isn’t connected. I have tried to plug a HMDI cable, no display output.

The button on the back is white, the network cable lights indicate it’s trying to connect, then the button goes dark, and there seems to be some restart.

Nothing has changed on my install or network. I have checked the network cable, replaced it, no change. I can only assume that it’s a hardware failure at this stage.

How could I get it repaired? I use it every day, can’t live with Roon anymore :frowning:

Home Network Details

All audio devices over Ethernet. Router is an Asus GT-AX11000.
