I purchased a Roon Nucleus (Rev B) in 2021. Unfortunately, the device has not been operational for quite some time and as it is stuck during the boot process (please see attached images). Since then, I have not maintained an active Roon subscription, as the device has been unusable.
I would really like to get the Nucleus working again and have been trying to recover it — unfortunately without success.
The device fails to complete the boot sequence, and I can no longer access the web interface for recovery. I have already attempted a USB reinstall and a hard reset, but neither worked.
I’m also not entirely sure which exact version of the Nucleus I have, which may be causing issues with the recovery image.
I would greatly appreciate your support in bringing the device back to life. In particular, I need the correct recovery image and installation instructions for my specific Nucleus model.

Thanks for the report, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit some hardware issues with your Nucleus. The best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues. To do so, open the Typeform link below and select ‘Other’ followed by 'This issue is related to a physical component".
Have you tried to replace the M2 SSD yet and installing ROCK on top? Since you are getting stuck with the boot process it does sound like the current M2 may be having hardware issues.
