Description of Issue

Hi, Roon can no longer find my Nucleus Plus. Nucleus is connected to my router but Roon keeps looking for Roon server, can’t find it.

Roon support please help. My network can no longer find my Nucleus +. Power and Ethernet lights are on. I’ve tried rebooting both the router and the nucleus. I’ve tried connecting it to a monitor via hdmi and get nothing but a black screen. Please advise. Thank you

  • Is the unit still within the 2 year warranty period?
  • Did you buy it from a dealer or direct from Roon Labs?

I purchased from an authorized dealer less than 2 years ago.

Then your course of action is to get them to repair it under warranty.

I’m trying to contact them. Do you know how?

Er, how would I know which dealer you bought the Nucleus from? Sorry.

Still can’t get network to find nucleus. I reached out to dealer and he and I both cannot get a response from Harman/Roon. Very frustrating. Can someone from roon support please respond or does anyone know how I can contact roon. Thank you

Based on the info you provided earlier, it looks like the Nucleus is broken. You are contacting Roon by posting here in Support on the forum, but if you bought from a dealer and not Roon directly, then the dealer is responsible for warranty. I don’t know why they can’t get a response.
