Nucleus Rev. B unresponsive with connection and power issues (ref#LH8V7O)

· I have a Nucleus Rev. B. It's a replacement for a defective unit; I received it in April of 2021. Problems started when songs would take forever to load, and would quit in the middle. Then there were delays in getting my devices to connect to it, increasing in frequency and duration. Now, neither my Mac, iPhone or iPad can connect to it. When I pulled it out and looked at the back, there was no dim white light in the power button. So, I thought it was off. I pushed the button. Nothing. I tried a 4 sec. hard reset. Nothing. I pushed it again. Still no light. The lights on the ethernet cable are still blinking, but I think the unit is dead. Serial Number is 54B2039B3A31.

· Internet comes by way of Starlink dish. Router is Deco XE75 mesh with Main and two satellites. Network is working for everything else. No VPN.

Am I correct in assuming you can’t access the Nucleus webUI from a browser?

As a final test, if you connect the HDMI output of this unit to any TV/monitor and then power cycle the Nucleus, do you see a diagnostic report on the display? Please share a photo here, if so.

No, I can’t access the WebUI. I cannot get any of my devices to connect to the Nucleus.

I removed the Nucleus from my living room setup and brought it here to my office to see if I could get it to power up. I checked the outlet before and after plugging the Nucleus in. The outlet was working both before and after, but the Nucleus did not power up (no white light in power button). I connected the Nucleus to my Mac by HDMI and SS, and neither registered. I tried hard-resetting the power, and just turning it on. Neither worked. So needless to say, I did not get any kind of diagnostic report.
