Trying to use the HDMI A output

Description Of Issue

I noticed a few days ago that I no longer see the Zone that I had previously setup for the HDMI A jack directly out of the Nucleus.

All of my Non-Nucleus zones are working fine, but not the Nucleus output.

When I go to settings -> Audio, I do not see the ability yo enable/disable the HDMI A and HDMI B outputs anymore. They have vanished!!

Please let me know if this is a known issue, and help me get back my HDMI output.

Thanks Support

Chris

@support, any ideas here? I’d love to get this working before the weekend.

Thanks!

Reboot Nucleus and router.

Hey @Chris_Heilig,

I would try a reboot of the Nucleus as the first step here, if that doesn’t work, please share a screenshot of your Roon Settings -> Audio tab.

What do you see, Nucleus and Roon Nucleus maybe?

Rebooting the router and Nucleus resolved the issue.

Weird, since I know I tried rebooting the Nucleus already. But I am back up.

Thanks all.
