As a troubleshooting step, have you tried rebooting the Nucleus+?

Alternatively, from the RoonOS Web Admin page, select the reinstallation option.

Thank you, I have done both with no change.

The only other thing I can suggest is to reboot your router, it’s help others in the past.

After that, it’s over to Roon support who will check your Roon system logs and advise.

Sounds to me a bit like a possible “no space left” issue. Can you please post a screenshot of your Roon OS Web UI so others can verify that?

Hello @tc4972 ,

Thanks for reaching out with the report. I activated diagnostics and it looks like your Roon OS drive still has space, so I wonder if this could be a DNS issue.

We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?

I have now changed my DNS servers to Cloudflare DNS. I also rebooted the router and the Nucleus+ and powered off and back on all my switches. Unfortunately no improvement.

Update: Prodded by your suggestions, I decided to take a more drastic step and try actually reinstalling the pfSense software on my Netgate router. Not sure why, as I haven’t noticed any other problems of any kind, but the reinstallation on the router seems to have fixed it! Thank you for your help.
