Description of Issue

On March 17th, the Nucleus went offline and stopped showing on the network.

The Nucleus has been rebooted both with the button on the back and by completely powering off at the wall.

The light on the power button turns white when pressed to power up, and the network socket lights are lit and blink.

We have tried using a USB RJ45 adapter, but this also did not make the nucleus appear on the network.

The Nucleus has also been tested on an entirely different network in a different home, and it still does not appear on the network.

It has been booted up with HDMI 1 and 2 connected to a TV, and nothing appears on the screen when powering on the Nucleus.

Is the Nucleus still within the 2-year warranty, and did you purchase it from a dealer or direct from Roon Labs?

Yes with the warranty bought Dec 2021from a UK Dealer

Then I believe it should be returned to the dealer for repair under warranty.

Perhaps there is something more going on. After the update my Nuc disappeared from the network also. I’d didn’t dive in to it because Roon functions as normal, so no hurry. But now I see this message.

When I installed the Nuc, a couple of weeks ago I made it visible on the network. As part of the installation procedure.
Since a couple of weeks the \rock directory has disappeared.
