Description of Issue

Roon logo cycling with no access on windows computer or Ipad

When trying to reset database I get:
Settings and databses could not be reset. Please try again, or contact support. {“status”:“Failure”,“exitcode”:2}

Sometimes, it takes doing it twice. The first time generates that error message. The next time works, as has been my experience.

We’ve made some recent changes to the support team structure and some reports have experienced a longer response time than usual.
