· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices
Describe the issue
I have a new Nucleus Titan that has been working fine. However, while listening to music today (and putting some extra tracks in a playlist) the Nucleus Titan dropped out of my Select Audio Zone setting. I can see my MUSO but for some reason the Titan isn't showing. (I think it used to show up as a separate entry close to the Nucleus HDMI A and HDMI B icons). I've rebooted my Titan and my internet a few times and fiddled everywhere (the Storage seems to be fine - this is linked) but for some reason it stopped playing while I was listening to music.
Hi @Gary_McPherson,
Thanks for reaching out to Roon Support, and for the details you’ve shared so far.
To make sure we’re on the same page — the audio zone that disappeared, was it a DAC or other audio device connected directly to the Titan (for example via USB)?
Also, after the Titan rebooted, are you able to play to any other zones without issue, or is playback failing only for that one missing zone?
