Thanks for the response and your long-standing patience! We reviewed a fresh diagnostic report from your Nucleus again, but haven’t seen any hints at crashes recently - are things still shakey on your end?

We’re having our development team take another look at the same report to see if there are any other clues around your issue, and why your library may be causing your Nucleus to crash.

We should have some more information to share tomorrow before the weekend hits. Thanks again! :raised_hands:

Thanks for the update.
Honestly I have not been using it a lot this last while. I had a couple of “settling in for listening crashes” and decided to give it a break. The frustration was not jiving with the holidays.

For what it is worth I went into Roon as I am writing this and scrolled down and created a crash.

If you could, please safely stop Roon Sever from running and reboot Roon Server twice. Afterward, let me know how things run. Thank you :raised_hands:

Still crashed on the scroll.

Update - crashed several times with scrolling on my Mac, iPad and iPhone.

Further update - repeatedly crashes whenever a scroll is attempted. Thumbnails go grey and server crashes. Feels like it is worse now with my move to Titan than when I had the N+. Having major buyer’s remorse now as I thought the Titan would fix the issue.
