The Roon nucleus titan pauses or hangs intermittently, I get the circle icon on the app when playing music repeatedly. Tried reinstalling software on my iPad, same result. App is slow to load as well. Accessed Nucleus through my IPad and iPhone with the same result on both devices.

We’ve activated diagnostic logging for this Nucleus Titan and noticed the machine doesn’t receive an IP address from the router until the RoonServer session is already underway. All critical services timeout or return network reachability errors for several minutes. When the Titan receives an IP address from the DHCP server, it’s possibly on a separate subnet from the other Roon controllers.
Is there any managed network hardware (switches or second routers) between the Titan and the main upstream router serving this network?
Do you see any errors presented in the Nucleus Web Administration Page?
