Nucleus Titan experiencing Tidal playback failures (ref#RY2HRQ)

· Logging out and back in had no impact, the issue remains

Good afternoon! We have a client that purchased a Roon Nucleus Titan from us and he is experiencing an error when trying to play music from Tidal. The message says "Too many failures. Stopping playback". See attached. Can you please provide me some troubleshooting steps to address this for our client?

After reading some posts on the community site two things surfaced.
#1 remove the Tidal connection and then try adding it again.
#2 Try a different USB cable.

We're not yet tried these step but wanted to get your input before we roll a technician back out to the house.

For dealer support, please contact dealersupport@roonlabs.com.

From the users’ admin, it looks like they may be using a free Tidal account, which will not function or play full tracks within Roon - they’ll need a subscription to do so.
