Describe the issue

Nucleus Titan is Not playing music from the HDMI-A connection. My device is Roon-Ready and is also connected via ethernet. The ethernet connection is working fine

Describe your network setup

Spectrum is my modem and eero is my router. My audio device is an Audio Control X9S processor.

Thanks for reaching out. When you say that the Titan is not playing to the HDMI, does this mean that the HDMI does not show up at all, or are you getting specific behavior when it looks like it is playing (dropouts/no audio/etc.)? Does the issue affect both the HDMI ports? Does the same issue happen when it is plugged into a TV or other device?
