Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Purchased Titan 10/20/2025, BTAN T1AYAC001819J6M , S/N 48210B6F8741. Suddenly stopped working, tried to power cycle, no avail, does not turn on when pressing power button on back of unit, does not light up whatsoever. Please advise.

You seem to have taken a wrong turn in filling out the Typeform - instead of choosing option F on the first page, you should have chosen option d: My Nucleus isn’t working right

I suggest that you click the Get Help button in Support and start again.
