Thanks for letting us know. I’ve tried to enable diagnostics for your Nucleus, but it doesn’t seem to be responding to diagnostics requests. I would advise first creating a Backup of your current library and storing it somewhere safe, then performing an Operating System reinstall from the Web UI, as this should update your softeware to the latest version. Let us know if this works!
I have done a remote back-up, and will try a re-install.
However it is a brand new Titan server delivered from you.
I have noticed problems using it on networks different from 192.168.xx.xx - please test your systems on 10.xx.xx.xx networks as well
Will keep you updated - and would like to know if you have had same bug/problem on other brand new Titan servers?
OS has been re-installed - and after reboot it looks ok (Roon does not ask for an update when starting the app).

Thanks for the heads up! I’m glad to hear the OS reinstall helped - we don’t have any known issues or bugs with the Titan and updates, so you should be good to go here.
