Describe the issue

My iPhone and iPad can see my Nucleus Titan just fine, but neither of my computers (iMac & MacBook Pro) can. If I reboot the server software, the MacBook shows the Titan as a device, but it's a red dot and says "connecting". The instant it switches to "Ready", it disappears, but still remains on my iPhone and iPad and works as it should.

Describe your network setup

Comcast Xfinity all in one with a couple of their wifi extender pucks.

Hi @rwaldman,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Can you try connecting both the Nucleus and Mac computers to the router itself with ethernet cables? We want to see if the wi-fi extenders could be contributing to this problem. Roon is very sensitive to interference and packet loss.
