Before we proceed, I need to clarify one important thing:
Is this Nucleus One signed into the same Roon account that you’re using to post here on the Community?
If not, please let us know the email address associated with the Roon account on the Nucleus.
If yes, then please follow the steps below.
At the moment, the Nucleus is not reaching our diagnostic servers. I tried re-enabling diagnostics on your account and also ran a control test from my own setup, which submitted successfully, so something else appears to be blocking the upload from your device.
To move forward, please manually upload the logs using the instructions at the link below and let us know once it’s done:
I have no idea what you are talking about but I think I know what I did. I put a gaming SSD (long than thin, rectangular) where I needed a WD SSD Sata (square) drive and I’ve installed that and formatted it. So now I have no idea how to take all the music on my computer and MYTEK Roon core and get it onto my nucleus one.
I am not a comport person, This is sooo hard. Can we not have given our vinyl away? So much easier!
Anyway I hope you can help me because I have a Mac and it’s so confusing. Im 58. Old lol
