Describe the issue

My Nucleus does not update to the latest Roon Server software (now on 1432, latest version is 1455). Because of that, RoonArc gives the message: “Couldn’t update your Roon Server”. Roon setup indicates there is a problem searching for downloads for the Nuclues/Roon Server. When I try to reinstall the Firmware (and thereby Roon Server) in the web interface of the Nucleus I get the message: “There was an error downloading Roon. Please check your internet connection. (“status”:”Failure”,”exitcode”:10)”

Exitcode 10 is also a download error:

I would start with rebooting the network starting with your router, any switches in the network, and the Nucleus. (After each one, wait until it is fully back up before you reboot the next thing)

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem.

After searching for IP Address Settings for the Nucleus, I solved the problem by manually entering a different DNS server. By default my ISP DNS server was used by the Nuclues. I changed this to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) and that solved my problem (I reinstalled the Operating System and that installed the new Roon Server Software as well).
