Describe the issue

Nucleus unresponsive after power outage at house–a quick Look online tells me that this is common but not addressed by Roon.

I had this same problem a year ago and there still does not seem to be a great solution.
last time, I thought I had a bad ethernet cable but really I believe I just got lucky that it showed up–turn on and off again enough times…maybe?

This is now happening every time the there is a power outage. Maybe a Roon Nucleus programming issue?

This is always asked, so: HDMI connection from Roon to tv screen tells me that there is, “no input”.

I have two Roon nucleus systems in different locations and have had Roon for 5+ years. I’ve got to say, I love the interface of the app, especially for the lyrics, but I have to spend too much time tinkering with the Nucleus.

Any help would be appreciated that doesn’t involve connecting a USB keyboard and start fixing code!

Hello @rob4 ,

Just to confirm here, this is your Nucleus+ that is affected? I am not seeing it as contacting our servers for the last 5 days, unfortunately. Since there’s no HDMI output, there is likely a hardware issue at play. Please fill out the below form to get in touch with our RMA team, thank you.
