loss of USB CONNECTION !!
just last nigth, connection has been loss for my McIntosh c47
can not seen any usb as usual
try to reboot database os and everything still have problem
Have you power cycled the amp. Normally in these cases its the DAC throwing a hissy fit and needs restarting.

Restarted and reinstalled still same problem, didn’t find usb port
Just a shot in the dark, might try a different cable.
Hello @Jack_Singhirunnusorn, I agree, a different USB cable would be a good idea. Are you having any issues with other USB devices?
