Description of Issue
There’s a Roon interface as usual displayed on my iPad’s screen and it does show that the music is being played but there’s no sound from the speakers.
I am able to play music through the iPad itself though.
I’ve switched the Nucleus and everything else off for 5 minutes but still no music and the white power indicator is still off on the Nucleus.
Hi @NipperDog,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Can you please try to connect your Nucleus to a monitor via HDMI and let us know what the screen shows?
Thanks for sharing the above info! We were able to enable diagnostics on your Roon Server, and saw that the PS Audio AirLens endpoint was recognized and initialized successfully but is not transitioning to an active playback state for one reason or another.
We saw that the AirLens reports volume type as none, suggesting volume control is either not configured or disabled - can you review the settings on the AirLens? Do you have exclusive mode enabled via the zone settings in Roon?
There is also DSP enabled around this time, what happens if you disable any DSP?
It would also be good to check for any firmware updates to the AIrlens. We’ll be on standby for your reply!
Hi @Benjamin , @daniel ,Now that I know that my Nucleus will still operate with the white indicator light burned out, can I purchase a replacement light assembly directly from Roon?
