Nucleus+ will not connect after brief power outage (again!)

Update: since I know others are following this thread, I thought I’d post an update.

I received an RMA to return my Nucleus+ for service. The Roon techs received and serviced my Nucleus on the same day, and shipped it back to me the next day! I also received an email detailing the work that was done:

  • We did all hardware testing to confirm that the unit performs as expected
  • We installed the latest Bios
  • We took the latest RoonOs update
  • We replaced the parts listed below:

Motherboard
Symptom - Not booting

I also purchased an uninterruptable power supply (this one, if you’re interested: https://www.eaton.com/us/en-us/skuPage.5SC1500.html) and now everything is up and running again.
Thanks to @benjamin for helping to troubleshoot my issue, and to the Roon techs for the speedy work. While I am none too pleased that the motherboard went bad, I am very glad for the 2 year warranty, which covered all labor and parts, including the shipping.
