Description of Issue

Everything has been running perfectly, including mobile Arc connections.

We had a power outage last week and since then the Nucleus can’t be found on the network. I have powered everything down (including the internet connection, modem and switches and the Nucleus) and then powered on the internet, modem, switches and Nucleus in that order. After doing this a few times still no luck. I get a blinking green lightened an orange light at the ethernet port of the Nucleus.

Can’t connect to the Web Administration Interface as the Nucleus doesn’t show up on the network (ie it’s not listed in the Unify UDM pro list of devices and the Mac Studio can’t connect to it either).

When I connect the Nucleus to a screen via HDMI I get a blank screen.

This happened once before and somehow I managed to get it connected again after some time but I have no idea what got it re-connected that time. At the time I emailed the dealer here (who I don’t think sells the Nucleus any more - KlappAV) and they were not particularly helpful - told me to use a static IP address if I got it working which Roon’s materials specifically says is not recommended. In any event, without being able to find it on the network this setting can’t be changed.

I’ve followed all the posts about similar issues people have had in the past (seems to be a fairly regular occurence) and tried all the trouble shooting suggestions in those posts that were relevant.

Hoping I can get some help on this as apart from just trying repeatedly to see if it randomly connects (like last time) I’m out of options.

Quite frustrating.

Anyone over at @support able to respond to this?

Hey @Jason_Watts,

Thanks for writing in, and I’m sorry to hear you’re running into Nucleus issues. It sounds like you could be suffering from SSD corruption. I’ll follow up via private message with next steps. :+1:
