Description of Issue

Nucleus won’t power on. Tried different outlets. Don’t know if it’s the unit or the adapter. Was after some electrical storms and an internet outage. It’s on a surge protector.

Try plugging in a monitor and keyboard and then booting the Nucleus. Is there anything on the display?

The blue power light won’t come on. Would a monitor / keyboard change that?

Probably not, but, the power light indicator could be bad, so it doesn’t hurt to verify.

Did you purchase the Nucleus from a dealer? If so, then, you might want to contact them. If you bought it from Roon, then Roon will engage when support returns after the weekend.

Ok, gave the monitor / keyboard a try. No signal, no blue power light, doesn’t show up on network, etc.

I purchased direct from Roon so will wait to hear from them on Monday. Thanks!

PSU can be bad. You can try any PSU that is at least 12VDC/2A with a standard 2.5/5.5mm connector.
