Description of Issue
After a power cycle, the unit won’t boot. Just sits there with the white power light lit. This problem has gotten progressively worse over the last year or so. The unit used to take hours to reboot, then days to reboot, now won’t reboot at all. A year ago I had this issue and posted it here on the forum. After input, I replaced the factory SSD with a new Samsung EVO. After cloning the drive to the new Samsung, the unit booted and I’ve used for about a year. I’ve had to bring the unit down a couple of times and have found it’s doing the same thing. Last week, after powering down the unit then trying to start it back up, it never came back up. NO video output on either HDMI port. If you hit the unit’s IP address, you get the ROON cube with flying pieces, perpetually. Please advise.
