· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start
· Roon won’t start up at all
· Nucleus won’t turn on. The power pack is putting out 19.2 volts. I have unplugged it for a day and tried restarting without success.
When I press the on button on the back it does not light up. The screen attached doesn’t show any activity on the Nucleus.
· Orbi RBRE960, no VPN

Thank you for sharing the results of these diagnostics tests so far.
If you can’t access the web interface, don’t see any LED activity, and also can’t access any diagnostic screens when you attach the HDMI output to a display, then we’ll need to assess this unit on a bench for a hardware fault.
