Hi there.
I have just purchased a used Nuforce Icon HDP, as I was looking for a new DSD-compatible DAC.
As far as I have been able to read on the internet, the HDP should be DSD-compatible.
However, I can not seem to get it to work in Roon - there simply is no option to enable DSD over PCM - Or any kind of DSD, for that matter.
Do any of you have experience with this particular DAC? Perhaps you can tell me whether I have misunderstood the DSD compatibility, or the way to set it up in Roon.
I have installed the driver from Optoma’s webpage, and the unit plays music just fine - just not in DSD.
