· Hi, I received an email from you offering a 60 day free trial of NUGS if I renewed my subscrition. I used the link in the email and renewed my subscription, but cannot see NUGS at all. It is not listed in Services on my tablet. Can you please assist me in this matter so I may explore NUGS. Many thanks, Terry Catlin

Thank you so much for renewing your subscription! We are excited for you to dive in and explore the new nugs integration.
The reason you are not seeing nugs listed under your Services yet is simply that your Roon Core is currently running an older software version (version 2.57, build 1598). The nugs.net integration was just introduced in our latest Roon release, version 2.61.
To get access, you just need to update your Roon software:
Open Roon on your tablet and navigate to Settings > About.
Roon should automatically check for updates. Follow the prompts to install the latest version for both your Roon Core and your tablet.
Once everything is fully updated to version 2.61, nugs will appear right there in Settings > Services, where you can log in and activate your 60-day trial.
Could you please give the update a try and let me know if the nugs option successfully appears for you afterward?
Actually, not quite. The sound from NUGS is output through the speakers in my tablet and not my hi-fi. I dont have a clue why, when albums from my local file is from the hi-fi as it should. And then I saw I would be billed on 6th April 2026 thus not the 60 days free trial. I was looking forward to listening to live concert music as this is my favorite but have baled out and cancelled the subscription. Shame.
