Nugs.net shows not playing, specific to David Bowie and Morrissey (ref#NMNOLT) [Geofencing; Roon and Nugs Investigating UI Fix]

· Many shows in nugs.net do not play, e.g. all shows of David Bowie, Morrissey. If you need a timestamp - at 9.36pm I tried to play Bowie Glastonbury 2000.

Sorry for the very basic information in the support request, but following the prompts would have been misleading since nugs is not yet included in the choice of the streaming services.

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! We were able to review a fresh Roon Server diagnostic report and saw some of the playback errors you’ve mentioned.

Thank you, Benjamin. Does it mean my problem is clearly caused by geoblocking or might there be another issue with my setup?

I think that you mentioned that the Bowie shows would not play in the nugs.net app as well as not playing in Roon. That would seem to confirm that these are geo-fenced for you. As @beka said in your other thread:

There is nothing wrong with your setup; it’s clearly geoblocking.
