same here - this is after i cancelled the plan early with the trial still running until april.
I am experiencing the same thing after cancelling Nugs, even though the trial runs until April.
I’m a bit disappointed that there’s no video player in Roon to begin with - not even a “bad” embedded one. This goes against my idea of consolidating everything in Roon, when I have to switch to other platforms just to stream video.

It’s likely this is fixed with 2.62 B1641 as it related to the Roon/nugs trial subscription being cancelled and then kicking the user out of nugs within Roon. This error would appear when trying to re-connect.
