Hi, is there any chance to stream my music from my Roon core to the NuPrime WR-100?

Probably not. If NuPrime used Airplay protocol, then yes.

Instead it uses a proprietary protocol called AllPlay.

Hi @Antonius_Scheid ---- Thank you for the post and the question!

@xxx is right that this device will not be able to communicate with Roon due to the streaming protocol it is using (i.e AllPlay). If the device were using AirPlay then “yes” but in this case it is not, so unfortunately it is not compatible with Roon.
