My Roon core had been having some stalls from time to time. Today, I took a look at the virtual machine in which it was running and found that I had provisioned 1 CPU, 1 core, and 1 thread. Out of curiosity, I bumped that up to 1 CPU, 2 Cores, 1 thread/CPU. It seems much happier now. I’ll update this if I find further tweaking is needed.
