On all remotes just Roon logo shows, doesn't get past that

Description of Issue

I have a client with a Nucleus and on all his remotes, iPad, iPhone and Mac Laptop.

When launching Roon all he sees is the Roon logo, will not get past that.

He has restarted the Nucleus several times along with the Remote devices. Still the same issue.

How do we get him going?
