The white on/off light on the Nucleus + no longer illuminates when the button is pressed; I have confirmed the power supply is working properly. The network doesn’t see the Nucleus Plus - so presumably no power is going through the device. I have unplugged it for 15 minutes and then repeatedly depressed the on/off button for 30 secs at a time (I understand this will discharge the device). But this did not resolve the issue. Is there an onboard fuse that might have shorted? Other ideas for resolving?

The best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues.
