Ongoing dropouts during song playback from Roon Nucleus (ref#TGE0X3)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· Ongoing dropouts issues playing songs from Roon Nucleus - even after I reduced streaming quality (see attached images) - both playing songs directly from Roon or Tidal playlists. Only when I am using Live radio I have no issues

· My Roon Nucleus is directly connected to my ASUS ZenWiFi BD4 router (I am not using VPN)

Besides changing sound quality to low for Tidal I have also done this without any effect on the dropouts when is play songs from Roon.

Streaming content preferences has also been reduced without any effect on the dropouts:

I do not use any filters that might also require extra performance from Roon:

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Fair enough. But you can close my request. I just discovered that Roon was unstable due to an old router extender I forgot to turn off after installing af new router in my appartment. So I can now run Roon without dropouts and without reducing sound quality.
