Describe the issue

OPRA Is missing replaced by “unknown filter”after updating to Most recent version

Describe your network setup

I’m working on an iPad mini, Roon is running on my MacBook Pro and everything worked fine until I updated

I should add that Headphone EQ is still available on Roon on my iPad Pro so it’s a device issue, not a general issue. On my iPad mini, if I click on the little arrow on the right hand side Of this unknown filter nothing happens. If I click on add a filter below all of the filters headphone, EQ is not one of the available options.

I will also add that I restarted my iPad mini twice and restarted my MacBook Pro, which is running the Roon server to no avail

Hi @Eric_Perlberg,

Thank you for the report.

Diagnostics indicate that the iPad Mini is running an outdated build - Roon 1457 - that precedes OPRA. You might need to uninstall and reinstall Roon on that remote to make sure the latest build is retained on the device.

The other devices are up-to-date on the 1510 build (current).

Thanks for the quick reply! I updated my iPad mini to the latest OS, deleted Roon and reinstalled and everything is now as it should be!
Thank you!

Hi @Eric_Perlberg,
We’re glad that you’re able to use Roon properly now. I’ll mark this as solved. It’ll be open for a few more days in case the problem returns.
