Is there an optimal length of time to enable the Scheduled Activity function for daily (overnight) runs on 265-and-later builds? I searched but did not find the answer to this; my apologies if its been answered.
While you’re sleeping, and after backups makes sense.
The default value is 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Since my Roon backups run after my server backup, I run the schedule between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

It says „at least 4 hours“ in the UI where you make the choice. Obviously longer is better if there is a window in your day where you don’t use it for longer.
And yeah, keep time for backup like @mjw said. I also do the backups outside of the maintenance window but at a time when I don’t use Roon - makes sense to me
