I’ve got HP managed switches for my home setup. I’m wondering if you would be specific in what you would consider the optimal settings in a managed switch to run Roon? My server and main end point are on the same switch but the rest of the network is on another switch attached with fiber - both managed.
Main endpoint is an Oppo UPD-203. Others include small PC’s as bridges.
I’m very familiar with the reset procedure on these switches so I don’t have a lot of fear in messing up my network. I can get it back to default in seconds!!
Looks like flow control should be enabled, Jumbo frames? what size? Any QOS?
