Since a recent desktop update on Windows, moving the mouse pointer over the playback controls (Play, Forward, etc.) instantly triggers alternative keyboard shortcut tooltips. This happens during normal pointer movement without clicking.
Because this interferes with a clean user experience, please add a toggle switch under Settings > General to completely disable keyboard shortcut tooltips/hover descriptions.
