So it seems that in a somewhat recent update, roon’s behaviour changed so that it seemingly delays the playback head on the waveform bar to try to correct for HQPlayer’s processing delay.
The problem i’m having is that its doing this way too far. HQPlayer will start outputting, and the playhead will remain at 0:00 in roon for about 10 seconds before actually starting to move. Meaning the position is wayyyy behind actual playback, and making it quite difficult to seek/go back in a song accurately.
Is there a way to turn this off, or adjust the delay to get it closer to our actual processing delay?
