Hi, please provide an option not to crop artist images vertically.
I pad all my artist images horizontally with transparent pixels to 3:1, to provide plenty of lee-way. This works great on Chromecast displays, and it’s very cool that the background album art shows through the transparent pixels. But on iPads the artist image crops vertically regardless of aspect ratio, tragically truncating feet.
I appreciate that Roon must deal with all sorts of picture qualities, aspect ratios, and displays. But please restore the dignity of our most accomplished performers with an option to retain their feet.
