This seems almost an oversight, one can reorder filters and reorder operations, but there is no way to reorder the rules in the Mix operation. I wouldn’t be surprised if you told me it was already there and I’ve somehow missed it.
On occasion I have found that I need to add a new rule earlier in a sequence or move an existing rule higher up the order and this is currently not possible without deleting rules already added.
